A Hall of Fame inductee in both Winter Guard International (WGI) and Music for All (BOA), Marlene’s contributions to the marching arts world are immeasurable. Since the 1970s, she became widely known for her visionary designs with the Miller Blackhawks and the WGI Scholastic World Champion program at Miamisburg High School. Her work set a standard of excellence, blending artistry with innovation in ways that inspired countless others.
Beyond her creative achievements, Marlene was a trusted mentor, advisor, and guiding force.
