With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of Brandon Venter of the Western Cape, South Africa—a beloved husband, son, brother, and an inspiring leader whose life left an unforgettable mark on all who knew him.

Brandon was widely known and admired for his time at Southcity Christian College, where he served as Head Boy in 2014, Captain of the 1st Rugby Team, and House Captain of Judah. Yet, beyond the titles and achievements, Brandon was the true embodiment of the spirit of his school—leading not only with excellence, but with humility, integrity, and heart.

He was a natural leader who inspired those around him through his passion, strength of character, and unwavering commitment to others. Whether on the rugby field, in the classroom, or among friends, Brandon carried himself with purpose and kindness. His leadership was not defined by authority, but by the genuine care and respect he showed to everyone he encountered.
